*Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.
Return Label
1. Please fill out the Returns and Exchanges form on the back of your packing list and put
it in your package.
2. Wrap the items you are sending back securely in the original box if possible.
3. Place the pre-addressed merchandise return label (below) on the box. You only need
to fill out the "From" information. If we made a mistake or sent you a defective item we will
pay the return shipping charges. Otherwise, we will charge you the actual shipping cost of
returning the item to us.
4. Simply leave the package in your mailbox for your carrier, or drop it off at your local
post office. You only need to drop it off, there is no waiting in line!
